Our Process
The Design
When renovating your existing kitchen, bathroom or laundry we can come to your home to measure and design. If it’s a new building we can do the initial design in our showroom office. This involves completing a design profile that insures we don’t miss any important inclusions. Our designer will develop the layout with you showing you plans to assist you to make a final decision. If you have a partner it is important to have you both involved at the initial consultation.
Quoting
Quoting can often be completed soon after the initial consultation depending on time and the complexity of the project. Otherwise a second appointment can be arranged to present a detailed quotation.
Acceptance
On acceptance of the proposal our Designer or Showroom Consultant is available to assist you with final selections if required. The KBI design selection center has current samples for you to choose from.
Final Check
Once final selections are completed we do a check measure. Following the best tradesman’s tradition of measuring twice and cutting once. At this stage we review, with you, every detail of your layout to ensure we meet your expectations.
Final production drawings and a site works schedule are generated and sent for your approval before ordering.
Work Commences
Prior to commencement of site works we phone to confirm you are ready as previously scheduled.
Time on site varies depending on the scope of works; however we keep our program as tight as possible to minimize inconvenience to you.
Completion
A final inspection will be carried out, completing any fine tuning and to confirm you are happy with the completed project.
Feedback
We value your feedback so improvements to service or products can be made.
Each KBI design kitchen is manufactured individually and custom made to suit your requirements.
